At Readagon, we aim to ensure that you are fully satisfied with your purchase.

1. Eligibility for Returns:

Return Window: You can return physical books within 14 days of receiving your order.

Condition of the Book: To qualify for a return, the book must be unused, unmarked, and in original condition. It should be free from any signs of wear, tear, or damage.

Damaged or Defective Books: If the book arrives damaged or defective, you are eligible for a full refund or replacement. Please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged item to speed up the process.

2. Non-Returnable Items:

Promotional/Sale Items: Books purchased as part of a special promotion, discount, or final sale may have different return restrictions. This will be noted at checkout or in the product description.

3. Return Process:

Approval and Instructions: Once we receive your return request, we will review it and confirm eligibility. If approved, you will receive detailed instructions on how to return the book.

Return Shipping: You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the book is defective, damaged, or sent incorrectly. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns to ensure the item reaches us safely.

4. Refunds:

Processing the Return: Once we receive and inspect the returned book, we will process your refund to the original payment method (e.g., credit card, PayPal, etc.).

Time Frame: Refunds may take up to 5-7 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Partial Refunds: If the book is returned in used or damaged condition (other than due to defect), a partial refund may be issued, depending on the extent of the damage.
